Fashion HQ
Andre Guimond Architects completed the renovation of a 5,000 square foot space for the headquarters of a NYC-based fashion and lifestyle brand. We worked closely with the client to tweak the existing space to align with their visual identity and specific operational needs, focussing on a few distinct areas for maximum impact. The reception area was clad in oversized herringbone tiles of carrera marble and given custom-made carrera benches that playfully wrap around the space’s columns. We opened up the middle of the floorplate for a functional and messy production area flooded by natural light. The CEO’s office was udpated with custom-designed cabinetry made with planks of white oak. The result is a practical working environment with careful design in the places that matter the most.
