NoHo Triplex
Our client, who had recently purchased this NoHo triplex, wanted to transform her new home without undergoing a gut renovation. In response to her needs, we focused the budget on replacing the apartment’s outdated bathrooms, expanding the kitchen into a more practical space, and creating a lush private garden terrace. We limited these intensive improvements to the most critical places. In other areas, we aimed for maximum impact through smaller changes, by updating lighting, refinishing old flooring, and introducing thoughtful built-in cabinetry to add value to existing rooms.
