Pop-Up Beach
As part of an initiative to connect Newburgh residents to their riverfront, we collaborated with the City of Newburgh to propose a temporary pop-up beach for the summer. The pop-up beach will be an 80-feet diameter circle (5,000 sq ft) of beach sand adjacent to the river featuring beach umbrellas, lounge chairs and above-ground swimming pools, offering people a new way to relax and cool off during the summer.
